WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at gina.freeman@preferredliquidationllc.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived not as described or not in working condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
All shipping and freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the equipment pricing, unless the products clearly states "Free Shipping" in the description. We strive to ship Non-LTL items within 1-2 business days after receiving payment and immediately upload tracking information. We can provide you with a competitive shipping rate through one of our many logistics partners or we can work with your carrier. Customers should be prepared to have a forklift or loading dock available to unload heavy items and/or must request lift gate service prior to shipment. All items are required to be removed or shipped within 30 days of purchase, unless prior arrangements have been approved in writing. Items left beyond the 30 day time allowed will be subject to storage fees and/or forfeiture.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TODAY?
We ship Monday through Friday, with the exception of holidays. Most orders are shipped next business day after receiving full payment. When requested, we can typically ship your Non-LTL/Freight items the same day if the paid order is received by Noon Central time. LTL/freight shipments are subject to the timing and limitations of the carrier being used. If you have an immediate need, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.?
Our logistics manager ships UPS/USPS/Fed Ex/DHL packages worldwide, and can arrange truckload/LTL freight shipments to any location in the continental United States. Additional fees may apply to cover regulatory crating, shipping, and customs paperwork requirements.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY ON YOUR USED EQUIPMENT?
Many of the items we stock are surplus industrial goods that were known to be taken out of service in previously working condition. Items are guaranteed to arrive in working order, but do not come with an extended warranty period. Items that are new may have an independent warranty provided by the manufacturer. In the event one of our items arrives in non-working condition, we will gladly exchange it for another one of our stocked items or refund the purchase price, upon our receipt of the returned item. Our liability with respect to defective goods shall be limited to refunding the purchase price and will not include incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or any other expenses.
WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS OF SALE?
In addition to this website, Preferred Liquidation LLC also sells its equipment through an eBay store, other sales sites and local public warehouse. Consequently, all items advertised on this site are subject to prior sale, and all online orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If we discover an error in the price or availability of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this error as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price, substituting, or cancelling the order for a full refund.
We strive to provide detailed specs and photos of our equipment to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchase and have the best possible shopping experience every time. Many of our items are surplus industrial and electrical equipment, please inspect each photo for any cosmetic damage prior to purchase.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, paypal, venmo, zelle, wire transfers and cash as forms of payment prior to shipment. Sorry, no Company checks or CODs at this time.
CAN YOU MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MY EQUIPMENT NEEDS?
Although our staff is highly knowledgeable about the types of equipment we sell, we do not make recommendations or design systems. We do not warrant that items purchased will conform with any plans or specifications of the purchaser or that it meets current federal, state, or local laws and regulations. We stock a wide range of surplus industrial and electrical equipment, as well as home goods and fitness items. We are not experts in every product line offered, but will offer assistance with questions to our best ability.
